We collect the information you provide in the inquiry form:

• Contact: Full name, email address, phone number
• Session Details: Preferred date/time, number of subjects, portrait type (family, children, individual, etc.), location, hours of shooting, commercial-use intent, and any special requests/notes
• Automatic: IP address and basic browser data (for security and analytics only)

All data is collected directly from the secure online form and sent via HTTPS to our server, then to our email.

We use it only to:

• Respond to your inquiry and schedule a call
• Prepare your custom contract and invoice
• Plan and deliver your portrait session
• Communicate about booking, payment, or the shoot

Data is stored securely on Proton encrypted email and data servers. Client phone numbers will be added to my cellphone unless client requests differently.

When you inquire about children’s or family portraits, we collect parent/guardian contact information. Actual photos of minors are handled only after you sign the contract and provide consent. We never publish or share children’s images without your explicit written permission.

We do not sell or rent your data. It is shared only with trusted service providers (email hosting, web host) who are bound by strict privacy rules, or when legally required.

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@cityilove.com. We will respond within 30 days.
